Biomet approached Fiore to assist with transforming their new state-of-the-art surgeon training and teaching facility in preparation for their launch event.
In reviewing the new space and working with the President and marketing team, Fiore uncovered a missing element in their brand platform, the humanistic aspect. Strategizing with their teams Fiore recommended focusing their internal branding on the humanistic aspect of their contribution to the world….how what Biomet creates changes lives for millions of people all over the world. Fiore worked closely with the architect and builder to transform the new training facility creating a dynamic multimedia wall and event space for their 100 visiting spine surgeon partners. The environmental branding expressed and emphasized their mission of One Surgeon, One Patient and gave the visiting surgeons, internal staff, teachers and product developers pride in the part they play in improving lives for those individuals and recipients’ of Biomet devices.
